Registration Form
Date of Birth General and Other Backward Classes category candidates must have
been born on or after October 1,1987.Those born earlier are not eligible to
appear in IIT-JEE 2012.Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled
Tribes and those with Physical Disability must have been born on or after
October 1, 1982. SC/ST/PD candidates born before October 1, 1982 are not
eligible to appear in IIT-JEE 2012. Enter Date of Birth correctly, once entered
it can not be changed and same Date of Birth will appear in application form.
Reset Password Form
User-ID Enter the valid User-ID as
provided during registration process.
Security
Question Select the
security question as chosen during registration process.
Security Answer
Enter security answer as
entered during registration process.
Password
Enter the new password with
combination of alphabets and numbers. For Example:- abc123, a123bc, 123abc
Confirm
Password Enter the same
password as that given in earlier password field.
Login Form
User-ID Enter the valid User-ID as
provided during registration process.
Password
Enter the password as chosen
during registration process.
Application Form
Category
SC,ST candidate should send
certificate along with application.

Seat Please read section 5 of
IIT-JEE 2012 Information Brochure.

Enlarge Font Question Paper This
option will be applicable only for candidate who have selected "Yes"
for Physical disabled.Otherwise this field will be marked as "No" by
default.Do not forget to attach request letter for large font paper
requirement.

characters ".", "-", "," and "/". Please
do not enter "()", "&", Roman numerals(I,II,III etc.)
and any special characters other than permitted ones in the address lines. Use
Numbers in Phase-2, Phase-3 instead of Phase-II and Phase-III. For example your
address should be like House No. 16/23, Phase -2, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Your
address should not contain brackets, Roman Numerals and '&', like House No.
16/23, Phase -II, Gachibowli(Hyderabad)

with STD Code Enter the
landline number with STD code through which you can be contacted.

Bank For payment Challan
payments can be done in three different banks.Candidate can opt a bank as per
his own convenience.Each bank charges different amount of commission for
accepting a challan.Once selected, this option can not be changed later on.
